For groups, I develop and host hypnosis & neuroscience-focused workshops and lecture series. Previous topics include the neuroscience of stress, pain management, sleep, and emotional regulation. In the past, I've worked with Mount Sinai Hospital System, the Woman2Woman Oncological Cancer Support Group at MS, the Barnard Summer Springboard Program, EHESP (French School of Public Health), and more! 

For individuals, I help people improve their mental health and emotional wellness with my unique blend of hypnosis, life coaching, and neuroscience education. For people struggling with:

- Addictions / Bad habits
- Grief and big emotions 
- Body image / EDs
- Phobias
- Pain management

I use hypnosis to help them overcome those issues (especially the ones which haven't budged in many, many years) to wake up with more energy and excitement for the day, to go after their big (sometimes scary) goals with less anxiety and more confidence, to look in the mirror and genuinely love what the body they see... so much!
