Courtney Murry

Courtney Murry has over 20 years of work experience. In 2021, they began working as a Lead Insights Analyst for Authenticx, where they listen to recorded phone calls between healthcare clients and their customers, completes evaluations to capture data, and applies verbal and written communications to evaluate quality and compliance while revealing customer insights. From 2008 to 2021, they worked for Covance in various roles, including Program Specialist, Client Services Manager, and Queries Associate. In these roles, they managed all aspects of quote, proposal and RFI development for assigned opportunities, reviewed RFP/quote requests, performed data entry, managed client-facing and senior management-facing activities, identified and resolved issues around client inquiry requirements and Covance capabilities, and created and implemented new processes. From 2000 to 2008, they worked for Indianapolis Public Schools as a Payroll Clerk and Application Center Clerk. In these roles, they automated time card tabulations and payroll input, complied with Equal Employment Opportunity, American Disability Act, and Family Medical Leave Act policies and procedures, and reviewed, corrected, and updated employee files as required.

Courtney Murry obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Concordia University-Wisconsin in 2008, after having previously obtained an Associate's Degree in Accounting and Business/Management from Indiana Business College in 2001.
