Chucky Ivey

Chucky Ivey has a diverse work experience in the IT field. Chucky began their career in 2013 as a Desktop Technical Support representative at Mayo Clinic, where they deployed operating system images and provided excellent customer service. In 2013, they joined Broadridge Financial Solutions as a Desktop Services representative, where they scheduled computer migrations and used SCCM for software deployment and remote assistance.

In 2014, Chucky worked as a Desktop Analyst at Kemper, where they scheduled computer migrations and used SCCM for software deployment and remote assistance. Later that year, they joined Petro-Hunt L.L.C as a Senior IT System Engineer. Their responsibilities included managing various IT infrastructure aspects such as VMware, Cisco networks, Microsoft 365, SCCM, backups, and script automation. Chucky also migrated the company's email system from Exchange 2010 to Office 365.

In 2015, Chucky briefly worked as a Windows Platform Engineer at Two Sigma. Chucky then joined S&P Global as an SCCM Technical Lead in 2019, where they managed software distribution, security updates, and implemented deployment solutions using SCCM.

In 2020, Chucky returned to Petro-Hunt L.L.C as an IT Infrastructure Engineer, where they maintained VMWare infrastructure, managed networks, Microsoft 365, and various servers/services. Chucky also researched and implemented new software solutions to improve processes.

Currently, Chucky Ivey is employed at Authentix as an IT System Engineer, starting in 2021.

Chucky Ivey attended Collins College from 2007 to 2008, pursuing a BA in Game and Interactive Media Design, which remains incomplete. In terms of certifications, Chucky obtained the following from Microsoft: MCSA: Windows Server 2016 in July 2019, MCSE: Productivity in April 2017, MCSA: Windows Server 2012 in May 2016, MCITP: Enterprise Desktop Support Technician on Windows 7 in December 2014, MCPS: Microsoft Certified Professional in December 2014, MCSA: Windows 7 in December 2014, MCTS: Windows 7, Configuration in November 2014, Microsoft Certified: Azure Network Engineer Associate in November 2022, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate in September 2022, AZ-305: Designing Microsoft Azure Infrastructure Solutions in February 2023, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert in February 2023.
