Iulia Boboc

Iulia Boboc has a diverse work experience, spanning across various industries. Starting from 2006, they worked as an Administrative Office Manager at Procter & Gamble for a year. In 2011, they joined Capital Plaza Hotel Bucharest as a Senior Sales Marketing Manager until 2014. From 2014 to 2019, they worked at SWAROVSKI, first as a Regional Manager for Romania and Moldova, and later as a Country Manager for Greece, Romania, Bulgaria, and Moldova. Iulia then transitioned to BIOLOGICA COSMETICS in 2021, where they held the position of Commercial Director until January 2023. After that, they founded their own consulting company called ELEVEN, specializing in business development and strategy consulting. In 2023, they would join Authic Labs in a business development role. Throughout their career, they have been involved in various aspects of sales, marketing, and business development, and has demonstrated a strong commitment to driving growth and innovation.

Iulia Boboc has participated in several educational programs and institutions. Iulia has attended the European Business Competence Licence program, focusing on management and marketing. The British Council Bucharest offered their the opportunity to obtain a Certificate and Diploma of Cambridge Examination. At Hyperion University, Iulia studied in the Faculty of Journalism. Iulia then pursued a Master's degree in Management and Business Administration at the National School of Political Studies. Additionally, they completed a Graduation Diploma in Management & Marketing at ProManagement Bucharest. Finally, Iulia studied English at St. Gilles College in Eastbourne, England.
