Previously, Deb held the position of Human Resources Specialist at UNC Health from 2018 to 2022, contributing to the healthcare system's outreach across North Carolina. Earlier roles included Talent Acquisition Specialist at The Fresh Market and Human Resources Representative at Sports Endeavors, showcasing diverse HR expertise. Deb's foundational experience includes a temporary position as Human Resources Assistant-Recruiter at Conduit Global. Educational qualifications comprise a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Leadership and Management from Sullivan University.
