Hannah Boyd

Hannah Boyd, MSW, LCSW, CSM, serves as the Director of Informatics & Organizational Excellence, focusing on innovative solutions to enhance serious illness care and promote health equity. Their background as a clinical social worker, combined with expertise in technology and operations, equips them to tackle challenges in the post-acute industry. Previously, Hannah worked at UNC Health Care as a Hospice Social Worker and has held various roles at AuthoraCare Collective, including Director of Information Management and Clinical Informatics Coordinator. Currently, they are pursuing further education at The University of Georgia.
