Lance Sinclair

Lance Sinclair is an experienced executive with a strong background in training and development, franchise operations, and leadership across multiple companies. Currently serving as President and Chief Operating Officer at Authority Brands since August 2019, Lance previously held the position of Vice President of Learning at Direct Energy from November 2016 to August 2019, where management of a ten-member team focused on training product delivery was essential. Prior to this, Lance worked at Clockwork Home Services as Manager of Branded Training, enhancing training quality and delivery, and held various positions at TruGreen, including Equity Partner and Regional Manager. Lance began the career at American Residential Services as Director of Training and Development, overseeing a staff of seven. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Political Science with a focus on International Relations from Western Michigan University, and studies in International Relations and Economics at Lund University School of Economics and Management.
