Oda Essens

Oda Essens is currently serving as a Raadsheer-plaatsvervanger at Gerechtshof Arnhem-Leeuwarden. Prior to this, Oda was a Senior Legal Counsel in the Legal Department at The Netherlands Authority for Consumers and Markets. Oda has a background in European and economic public law, having held positions at Utrecht University as a University Teaching and Research Fellow and a PhD Candidate. Oda holds a Doctor Phd from Utrecht University, with a thesis focusing on enforcement of environmental law in the European Union. Additionally, Oda has experience as a PHD Researcher at the University of Cambridge.
