Thijs Poiesz

Thijs Poiesz is an experienced professional with a strong background in project management, IT product ownership, and business intelligence. Currently serving as Project Manager at Autoriteit Consument & Markt since October 2021, Thijs is responsible for the organizational and technical establishment of a data and analytics platform, along with overseeing daily operations and stakeholder management. As the Founder of Starred IT Consultancy and a previous IT Product Owner at Alliander, Thijs successfully led teams, implemented cloud solutions, and managed stakeholder relations across various data domains. With prior roles at Vattenfall and Nuon focusing on IT management and business intelligence consulting, Thijs has consistently demonstrated expertise in optimizing IT frameworks and ensuring operational continuity. Thijs holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Engineering from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences.
