We Don’t Just Get You Found — We Turn Visibility Into Calls, Clients, and Revenue.

Most businesses don’t have a lead problem… They already have people finding them online. The real problem is what happens next. Missed calls. Slow responses. Weak reviews. No follow-up. That’s where Authority Systems comes in.

Authority Systems was co-founded by Chris Heeb and Lenny Kagan with one mission: help businesses become more visible, trusted, and responsive in the modern AI-driven marketplace.

Chris Heeb, a chiropractor of more than 20 years, spent decades quietly mastering what most business owners never fully understood — Google keyword ranking, local search visibility, reputation management, and online customer acquisition. Long before “AI search” became mainstream, Chris was reverse-engineering Google search behavior to rank his own chiropractic practices on page one and build websites that consistently generated new patients and leads.

At the same time, Lenny Kagan brought extensive entrepreneurial and operational experience focused on business development, systems, strategic growth, and relationship-building behind the scenes. Together, they recognized that the way consumers discover businesses was rapidly changing.

Today, people do not simply “find” a business — they research, compare, evaluate reviews, and often make decisions before ever picking up the phone. And increasingly, it is not just Google influencing those decisions. Platforms like ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and AI-driven search engines are now actively shaping which businesses customers see and trust.
