Prior roles include Product & Process Development Lead and Neptune Manufacturing Lead at Autins, Process Engineer at Autoneum, and Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of Leeds. Alaa has a solid academic foundation with a PhD in Textile Materials - Nonwovens from the University of Leeds and an MSc in Polymer Technology from Aalen University. Previous positions also encompass roles at notable companies such as Celanese and Procter & Gamble, focusing on polymer and nonwoven product development, testing, and technical support.
