Udi Pankovski

Udi Pankovski is an accomplished Director of R&D at Personetics since March 2022, previously holding multiple high-level positions at NICE Actimize from May 2008 to March 2022, including R&D Director and Platform Product Manager. With extensive experience in leading R&D teams comprising developers, automation engineers, and QA experts, Udi has successfully implemented Agile methodologies and collaborated with various organizational interfaces. Udi also served as a Senior Manager for the Subject Matter Experts team, managing technical implementation teams across multiple countries and playing a key role in fraud solution deployment in the banking sector. Udi's career began at Convergys as an Application Engineer, specializing in billing product implementations and data migration for Oracle systems. Udi holds a B.Sc. in Information System Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
