Varad Pawar

Varad Pawar is a software engineer currently employed at Autire Technologies, LLC since November 2023, having previously held a software engineer position at the same company from May 2022 to August 2022. In this role, Varad collaborated with offshore teams to automate and validate audit processes, achieving significant efficiency gains. Varad gained research experience as an intern at Syracuse University College of Engineering and Computer Science from May 2023 to June 2024, and served as a technical team manager at the Computer Society of India from August 2019 to March 2021.
