Shanna Sterling has extensive experience in education and child care, currently serving as a Behavior Interventionist at Autism Behavior Consultants since January 2022. Previously, Shanna worked as a Career Services Specialist at UEI College, focusing on developing partnerships for extern-to-hire opportunities. From January 2014 to November 2021, Shanna supported the safety and operations of camps at Fairfax High School while collaborating with School Police. Additionally, Shanna held the role of Recreation Assistant at the City of L.A. REC & Parks' Hoover Recreation Center from July 2010 to November 2021, and was the Owner of The Sterling Family Youth Foundation, Inc. from June 2011 to January 2018. Earlier experience includes working as a Child Care Provider at Nanaabasa's Fun House Day Care from 1997 to 2010.

Our agency's programming utilizes Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to support evidence based treatments.
