Calm Protocols is a pediatric autism two-week treatment program based in Panama, serving both international and Panama-based families.

We combine functional medicine, regenerative therapies, and integrative medicine into one fully coordinated clinical protocol. 
Every treatment plan is built around the individual patient's biological profile and clinical needs. Our focus is on identifying and treating the underlying biology.

Our team reviews every case collectively, with testing, analysis, treatment, and follow-up integrated within one coordinated multidisciplinary care model.

We start with comprehensive functional testing and look at root causes including neuroinflammation, oxidative stress, mitochondrial dysfunction, metabolic irregularities, and neurodevelopmental markers. The protocol is built from the data and adjusted as the patient progresses.

The gut-brain connection is central to how we work. We pay close attention to gut health, microbiome health, and the relationship between digestive function and neurological and behavioral outcomes.

Where indicated, treatment includes regenerative therapies including but not limited to stem cells and exosomes. In cases where gut restoration is a priority, fecal microbiome transplant (FMT) is also part of our toolkit.

Our clinical team includes a child and adolescent psychiatrist, a pediatrician and neonatologist, regenerative medicine specialists, and a clinical nutritionist, all operating as a single coordinated unit around each patient.

We're a referral-friendly program. We welcome medical tourism referrals and work collaboratively with referring physicians and child neurology specialists, providing full clinical documentation and continuity of care.
