Alison Mott

Alison Mott serves as the Vice President of Talent/Brand/Community Engagement at Autism Care Partners since December 2022, following previous roles in talent acquisition and management across various organizations. Mott's extensive experience includes positions such as Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Verbal Beginnings, LLC, and Director of Clinical Talent at Action Behavior Centers. Additional prior roles span from recruitment leadership at Hopebridge to administrative support in the State of Indiana, as well as management in healthcare settings like IU Health Methodist Hospital and Johnson Memorial Hospital. Mott holds a degree in Medical Coding from Walker University and has completed studies at Ivy Tech Community College and the University of Indianapolis. Mott graduated from Greenwood Community High School with a high school diploma.
