Garry Carneal, JD MA, serves as President & CEO of Schooner Strategies and RadSite, focusing on business development, strategic planning, accreditation, and healthcare quality benchmarking. As an Accreditation Advisor for the Autism Commission on Quality, Garry enhances applied behavior analysis services through education and accreditation. Previously, Garry was a Policy Advisor at The Kennedy Forum, advocating for mental health parity and access to care, and founded ClearHealth Quality Institute to develop accreditation programs in telemedicine and mental health. With extensive leadership roles in various healthcare organizations and a legal education from the University of Virginia, Garry brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in health information technology and policy.
