Bill Oldham is the current Chairman at Autism F.I.R.S.T. Bill has over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry, with a focus on strategic planning, business development, and operations. Prior to their current position, they served as the SVP at ManTech following the acquisition of Evolvent. Oldham has also served as the CEO of various start-ups and Thought Leadership & Innovation Foundation. Bill has also been a consultant for health and health IT related projects. From 1997 to 2000, they were the International Project Manager at Sultan Foundation where they developed and launched a health information network. In 1994, they became the COO of IDEAglobal.

Bill Oldham has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Alliance Manchester Business School and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Economics from Harding University. Bill also has a certification from the MIT Sloan School of Management in Blockchain Technologies: Business Innovation and Application.
