Charlotte Moorcroft

Charlotte Moorcroft has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as an HR Business Partner at Autism Initiatives since April 2017, with prior roles as Developmental HR Business Partner and Human Resources Adviser. Before joining Autism Initiatives, Charlotte worked as a Shift Manager at Loomis from September 2006 to December 2016. Charlotte holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Studies from the University of Liverpool, obtained in 2006, and a CIPD Level 5 qualification in Human Resources Management from St Helens College, completed in 2019.
