Nancy Lau, CHRL, CCP, currently serves as the People and Culture Manager at Autism Ontario since September 2025. Prior to this role, Nancy worked as an SAP Human Experience Management Consultant for the Region of Waterloo, providing technical advice on the SAP SuccessFactors suite from September 2023 to September 2025. Nancy's extensive background in human resources includes over a decade with the Public Service Alliance of Canada, where roles spanned from a Bilingual Senior Human Resources Advisor to leadership in HR management systems projects. Educational qualifications include an Honours Bachelor of Arts from the University of Guelph, multiple certificates from Algonquin College in conflict management and adult education, and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from George Brown College. Additionally, Nancy is a Certified Management Consultant with the Canadian Association of Management Consultants.

Made up of knowledgeable parents, professionals, and autistic self-advocates who can speak to the key issues that impact autistic individuals and their families, Autism Ontario is the province’s leading source of information and referral on autism, and one of the largest collective voices representing the autism community. There are seven regions across the province of Ontario.
