Ola Kusnierz is an experienced professional in the field of autism services, currently serving as the Supervisor of Training and Quality Assurance and Webinar and Service Navigation Specialist at Autism Ontario since November 2019. Prior experience includes roles as Client Services Manager and Program Manager for various autism programs at Woodview Mental Health & Autism Services from June 2009 to December 2018, where Ola developed the Applied Behaviour Analysis program and supported the ABA team’s development. Ola also worked as an Integrated Supports Facilitator and IBI Instructor Therapist. A world traveler, Ola has focused on building a global community of support while drawing inspiration from diverse educators and families. Academic credentials include a Post Graduate Certificate in Autism and Behavioural Sciences and a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Teaching, both from Mohawk College.

Made up of knowledgeable parents, professionals, and autistic self-advocates who can speak to the key issues that impact autistic individuals and their families, Autism Ontario is the province’s leading source of information and referral on autism, and one of the largest collective voices representing the autism community. There are seven regions across the province of Ontario.
