Willow Lem is an experienced professional in early childhood education and program coordination, currently serving as the Program and Volunteer Coordinator for Autism Ontario since May 2021. Previously, Willow held positions as a Registered Early Childhood Educator at Shkoday Aboriginal Head Start and Little Lions Child & Family Center, and worked as a Family Wellness Worker with Dilico Anishinabek Family Care. Additional roles include support staff at Confederation College and in-home childcare provider. Willow's experience also encompasses administrative and organizational roles, including an internship with SHIFT Thunder Bay's Young Professionals Network and a Lifestyle & Program Manager at Glacier Ridge Retirement Residence. Educational qualifications include a Registered Early Childhood Educator degree from St. Lawrence College, a Recreation Therapist degree from Confederation College, and studies in Indigenous Studies at the University of Alberta, among others.
