Shazleen Azeez is an experienced mental health professional currently serving as the Business Unit Lead for Psychology, Behaviour Support, Social Work, and Counselling at Autism SA since November 2017. Shazleen's diverse roles at Autism SA include Behaviour Practitioner, Client Services Coordinator, and Behaviour Support Mentor. In May 2024, Shazleen transitioned to a Psychologist position at UniHealth Playford, after previously working as a Provisional Psychologist there from October 2022 to March 2023 and at Fleurieu Psychology Services from July 2021 to July 2022. Additional Provisional Psychologist experience includes tenures at Flinders Medical Centre and a Research Assistant role at the University of Adelaide. Academic qualifications encompass a Master of Psychology (Health) and a Bachelor of Psychological Science with Honours, alongside a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting, all attained from the University of Adelaide. Prior to entering the psychology field, Shazleen held various positions with Woolworths Group and Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, among others.
