Leanne N. has extensive experience in direct care and support roles, primarily within the fields of autism and addiction. Currently serving as Direct Care Staff at the Autism Society of Indiana since March 2020, Leanne N. assists clients with daily living skills and personal goals. Previous roles include an internship in the addiction field, where Leanne N. participated in various treatment activities, as well as multiple positions focused on assisting youth in daily living skills at institutions like Damar Services and The Hope Institute for Children and Families. In addition, Leanne N. has experience in medical billing and janitorial services, alongside a solid educational background that includes a Bachelor of Science in Addictions Counseling from Indiana Wesleyan University and ongoing studies towards a Master's degree in Social Work at Indiana University Bloomington.

The Autism Society of Indiana (ASI) is the leading statewide resource organization serving people across the autism spectrum throughout their lifespan. We understand the challenges of the autism community because we work with individuals on the autism spectrum and their families every day. We offer advocacy, training and education, and direct care. We have a statewide network of resource support coordinators, connecting individuals with autism and their families to life-changing programs and supports unavailable anywhere else. The Autism Society of Indiana exists to ensure that every individual and every family affected by autism in the state of Indiana receives the high-quality services they deserve.
