Rachel McCarty

Rachel McCarty has extensive experience in education and management, currently serving as a Care Manager at Alliance Health since November 2022. Prior to this role, McCarty held various positions at the Autism Society of North Carolina, including Program Coordinator and Program Director, as well as working as a Special Education Teacher Assistant for the Wake County Public School System. Additional experience includes leadership roles as a Lead Preschool Teacher at Hudson Memorial Preschool and Store Manager at Abercrombie & Fitch. Earlier career highlights include serving as an Assistant Manager/Buyer for Chattahoochee Outdoors and a Patient Service Representative at the Medical University of South Carolina. McCarty holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Recreation, Parks, and Tourism from Radford University.
