Ellen Sanders

Ellen Sanders is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in executive leadership and development within nonprofit organizations. Currently serving as the Area Executive Director for Autism Speaks in the Upper Midwest since July 2021, Ellen previously held the position of Development Director at the Muscular Dystrophy Association from November 2005 to July 2021. Earlier career roles include sales at Twelve Oaks Corporate Housing and agent work at Rent Free Realty. Ellen's educational background includes attendance at Illinois State University, as well as Downers Grove South High School and Hinsdale South High School.
