Lindsay Naeder

Lindsay Naeder has a range of work experience in various organizations. Lindsay is currently serving as the Vice President of Services & Supports and Community Impact at Autism Speaks, where they have achieved notable accomplishments such as expanding the Autism Response Team and increasing the number of families served. In previous roles at Autism Speaks, Lindsay held positions as the Director, Assistant Director, and Manager of the National Autism Response Team. Prior to Autism Speaks, they worked at CAMBA as an Assistant Director/Director of the Beacon Community Center, overseeing programs and supervising staff. Lindsay also has experience as a Health Educator at Mount Sinai Health System and as a Community Outreach Specialist at Seamen's Society for Children and Families.

Lindsay Naeder holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree in Individuals and Families, Group Work Dynamics from Hunter College School of Social Work in the years 2009-2011. Lindsay also obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology from the State University of New York at New Paltz in 2006. Additionally, Lindsay has obtained various certifications related to leadership, inclusive workplaces, bias, and team development from LinkedIn.
