Jim Pierce

Jim Pierce has extensive work experience in corporate management and development, with a strong focus on risk mitigation and compliance. Jim has held roles such as Managing Director at Revelation LP, Ashcroft Group Consulting Services, and Senior Director at The Ashcroft Group LLC, where they assisted with compliance programs, employee training, and investigation protocols. Jim Pierce has also served as the Chief Financial Officer of Autism Support Now and as the Principal at TAG Holding LLC. Additionally, they were the Chief Operating Officer and Development Partner at NewQuest Properties, where they oversaw all operating areas and managed real estate acquisitions and development. Prior to this, they were the Chief Operating Officer of Academy Sports & Outdoors where they were responsible for information technology, supply chain management, distribution, and real estate acquisition and development, and during their tenure, they expanded the company from 27 stores in two states to 81 stores in nine states, and revenues increased from $187 million to $1.2 billion.

Jim Pierce attended Southern Illinois University, Carbondale from 1978 to 1980, but did not graduate with a degree or field of study specified. Jim later attended The University of Texas at Austin from 1980 to 1982 where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Finance.
