Andrew Katz

Andrew K. has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources and talent acquisition. Andrew is currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at Auto Approve since July 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Ashling Partners as the Head of People from July 2021 to July 2022.

Before moving to Ashling Partners, Andrew has an extensive tenure at CareerBuilder, where they held the position of Human Resources & Talent Acquisition Leader from April 2017 to April 2021.

Additionally, Andrew has gained valuable experience working at IBM in various roles. From January 2016 to March 2017, they served as the Human Resources Leader - Cloud Acquisitions. Prior to this, they worked as the Human Resources Compensation & Business Development Partner from January 2015 to December 2015. Andrew also held the position of Human Resources Business Partner from July 2012 to December 2014.

Andrew'searlier roles at IBM include Resource Deployment Operations Manager from January 2010 to June 2012 and Financial Management Consultant & Project Manager from August 2005 to January 2010.

Andrew K. obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Accounting from the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business. Andrew attended the university from 2001 to 2005.
