Majed Ali has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Majed began their career as an Emergency Medical Technician at Superior Air-Ground Ambulance Service, where they responded to emergency medical calls and implemented an improved inventory tracking system. Majed then worked as a Property Manager at KAFIA GROUP, where they managed an apartment complex, budgeted expenses, and maximized profits.

In 2020, Majed joined Amazon as a Workplace Health and Safety Specialist, where they organized and implemented a new workstation design, resulting in a decrease in injuries. Majed also pioneered an alternative method of trailer docking, reducing safety hazards and saving the company $414,000. Additionally, they developed new data tracking methods for the WHS team, reducing the time spent on pulling and presenting weekly data.
