Sarah Bechtol

Sarah Bechtol has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist and Regional Human Resources Recruiter at Auto-Chlor System since July 2012. In this role, Sarah collaborates with managers in Washington, Oregon, and Idaho to identify and recruit talented individuals for key positions, while also managing HR systems, administering corporate benefits, supporting employees, conducting new hire orientations, and handling workers' compensation claims. Prior to this, Sarah worked as a Fleet Supervisor at Enterprise Rent-A-Car from July 2005 to July 2012. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theatre Literature, History, and Criticism from Western Oregon University, obtained between 2000 and 2005.
