Soumya KHILLAR(CSPO,PMP)

Soumya Khillar has extensive work experience in various roles related to product management, project management, and consulting.

From 2022 to the present, Soumya has been working as a Product Manager at Auto Fleet Control.

Prior to that, from 2016 to 2022, Soumya worked at Capgemini Engineering. During this time, Soumya held multiple roles including FO / Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) for Car Infotainment Systems at Volkswagen AG, Agile-DevOps-Cloud Professional (in training), PMO / Certified Scrum Master (CSM), and Project Management / CAD Consultant. In these roles, Soumya was involved in activities such as requirements understanding, CR creation, project scheduling, status reporting, ESI design activities, and co-ordination with offshore teams.

From 2011 to 2016, Soumya worked at Tech Mahindra, where Soumya held positions such as ONSITE CO-ORDINATOR / TECH LEAD, Manager, and CAD Consultant. In these roles, Soumya was responsible for activities such as ESI drawing co-ordination, change document creation, project proposal preparation, risk analysis, flow charts development, team management, and quality assurance.

Earlier in the career, from 2007 to 2010, Soumya worked at SATYAM COMPUTER SERVICES, LTD as a CAD Consultant / Supervisor. In this role, Soumya supervised a team for Six-Sigma projects related to Airbus, including feasibility evaluation, project charter drafting, and communication planning.
