Sushma Sakpal

Sushma Sakpal has over 15 years of experience in human resources, currently serving as Team Lead - HR at AUTO Hangar India PVT. Ltd. since September 2009, where responsibilities include managing new employee induction and payroll management to ensure timely and accurate salary computations. Previously, Sushma held the position of HR Executive at A1 Auto Pvt. Ltd. and began a career as an HR Trainee at Siemens, focusing on recruitment and employee database maintenance. Sushma holds a Diploma in Human Resource Management from Welingkar Institute of Management, a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, and a Bachelor of Arts in Counseling Psychology, supplemented by foundational education at G.V.S. High School.
