Ashley Brown

Ashley Brown has extensive experience in the insurance industry, primarily with Auto-Owners Insurance since August 2010, where the current role is Sales and Marketing Representative, focusing on marketing and sales with independent agencies. Previous positions include Director of Claims, overseeing catastrophe and large loss teams, and Regional Claims Manager, responsible for seven claim branches in West Michigan and more than 120 associates. Ashley also managed a property, casualty, and auto claim branch in Raleigh, NC, and has held several roles related to claims handling and investigations.
