Bob Schneider

Bob Schneider has over 30 years of experience in risk management and loss control within the insurance industry. Currently serving as Manager of Loss Control Field Services and Coordinator of Technical Development at Auto-Owners Insurance since 2014, Bob integrates loss control functions with commercial lines underwriting operations. Previous roles include Loss Control Manager at United Heartland/Accident Fund, where strategic loss prevention initiatives were directed, and Director/Supervisor of the Risk Management Department at SECURA Insurance Companies, overseeing a team of 13 across 13 states. Bob also held leadership positions at Summit Consulting, U.S. Employer Consumer Association, and Florida Employers Insurance Services, specializing in loss control services and field underwriting. Bob holds a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Safety from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
