Cale Kuchnicki

Cale Kuchnicki is a software engineer and senior software developer at Auto-Owners Insurance, where responsibilities include leading Pega, Java, and DB2 development for the TPP Web Team. Cale has extensive experience in software development, having previously worked as a lead Pega software architect and participated in Java software development as an intern. In addition to technology roles, Cale is a professional motocross racer with a license obtained in 2011, and has diverse experience in customer-facing positions, including roles as a zipline guide and snowboard rental technician. Cale holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer and Information Sciences from Ferris State University and an Associate of Science degree from North Central Michigan College.
