Michael Crouch

Michael Crouch, CPCU, AIC, AIM, API, has extensive experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as the Manager of the Fort Myers Claims Branch at Auto-Owners Insurance since April 1998, where management responsibilities include overseeing a team of 8 Claims Representatives and support staff while handling Auto Physical Damage claims across multiple Florida counties. Prior to this role, Michael held various positions within Auto-Owners Insurance, including Supervisor in Home Office Claims and Senior Claims Examiner. Earlier professional experience includes teaching Science and serving as an Assistant Football Coach at Polk County School Board and working as a Police Officer for the City of Lakeland, where responsibilities encompassed patrol duties and participation in specialized units such as DART and SWAT. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Florida Southern College.
