Sara Cotton

Sara Cotton is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in recruitment and claims management, currently serving as a Senior Corporate Recruiter at Auto-Owners Insurance since April 2011. In this role, Sara specializes in recruiting new associates for Claims, CAT claims, and Loss Control. Prior to this, Sara worked as a Corporate Recruiter and a Personal Injury Protection Claim Representative, managing claims for individuals injured in auto accidents. Sara's career began at Disneyland as a Cast Member in the Tomorrowland Stores, where the focus was on creating memorable experiences. Sara holds a Bachelor's Degree in Entertainment, Sports Promotion & Management from Northwood University and graduated from Ovid-Elsie High School.
