Michał Błaś

Micha Roon is an experienced technology leader with a strong focus on blockchain and decentralized systems. Currently serving as the Head of Engineering at The Hashgraph Association, Micha supports innovation projects by providing training and mentorship. As the owner and founder of managination since 2005, Micha has dedicated efforts to enhance the software development landscape. Previous roles include Head of Web3 Engineering at NOUMENA DIGITAL AG, Chief Technology Officer at bonq, and Chief Innovation Officer at Energy Web, where Micha contributed to creating decentralized infrastructures and advancing self-sovereign finance solutions. With additional experience as a Foundation Board member and CTO at Share&Charge, Blockchain Advisory Board member at IIB Council, and various advisory and development roles, Micha combines technical expertise with strategic leadership. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Lausanne and a course on Fintech at MIT.
