Helen Whitehead has over 15 years of work experience in various roles within the customer service and support field. Helen started their career at Barclays Bank as a Customer Services Advisor. Helen then moved on to Sesame Bankhall Group, where they worked as a Contact Centre Advisor and later as a Senior Contact Centre Advisor, supporting staff development and achieving department targets. Helen then transitioned to management roles at Sesame Network, where they served as a Sales Support Manager and Membership & Network Supervision Support Manager, streamlining processes and improving customer engagement and communication. Helen continued their career at Sesame Bankhall Group as a Customer Relationship Team Leader, managing a team of desk-based account consultants and supporting nationwide events. Helen then joined Virgin Media as an Insight Business Partner, leading a data and insight team focused on performance and customer contact. Helen'sresponsibilities also included driving progressive improvements into the operation. Currently, Helen is working at Auto Trader UK as the Retailer Development and Support Lead.

Helen Whitehead has a diploma in Financial Planning and Services, which they obtained from ifs University College in 2013-2014.
