Stephen Phillips

Stephen Phillips joined Autobell in 2019 as the Director of Information Technology, where he is responsible for updating infrastructure and security and building a data warehouse. He previously worked for Lowes Home Improvement as IT Director before joining Autobell.

As Chief Information Officer, Stephen works with all departments to deliver technology solutions that enhance every aspect of the business. For example, his work to upgrade the merchant services earned Autobell a PCI Compliance as a Level 2 merchant. It included switching POS hardware in all states across 85 locations while adding wireless service for card readers. He is also responsible for overseeing the 2020 launch of the Mobile App, where he proofed, piloted, and rolled out the touchless experience to all locations.
