Luba Kaptur

Luba Kaptur has worked in a variety of roles in the logistics and real estate industries since 2014. Luba began their career as a Real Estate Agent at SDP Nieruchomości in 2014, followed by a role as an International Freight Forwarder Trainee at GEFCO in 2015. In 2016, they took on the role of International Logistics Coordinator at AB S.A., and then moved to EasyHaul in 2019, where they held the roles of Product Manager, Vice President of Operations, Director of Special Operations, and International Shipping Manager. Most recently, they have been working as the Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Operations at AutoBidMaster since 2020.

Luba Kaptur has an extensive education history. Luba obtained a Master's degree in Logistics from Międzynarodowa Wyższa Szkoła Logistyki i Transportu and a Bachelor of Science - BS in Logistics: Information Systems in Supply Chain from the same institution. Luba also completed executive programs at the MIT Sloan School of Management and Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in the fields of Product Development and Design, Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management, respectively. Additionally, they have obtained numerous certifications, including Leading High-Performing Teams from The University of Queensland, Mastering Design Thinking from MIT Sloan School of Management, and various other certifications from Udemy, University of Washington, Thinkful, and MIT.
