Doron Chen

Doron Chen has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Doron began their career as an Articled Clerk at Yigal Arnon & Co., where they gained experience in contract negotiations and drafting legal documents. Doron then moved on to Herzog, Fox & Neeman, where they worked as a Hi-Tech, Corporate and M&A Associate. In this role, they provided legal counsel to clients in various corporate transactions and advised C-level executives on business matters. Currently, Doron is the Director of Corporate Development at Autobrains Technologies, where they are responsible for corporate development, communications, and legal aspects of the company. Doron works closely with the CEO and CFO in strategizing and executing the company's annual budget and business plan.
