Chad Foley has a diverse work experience in manufacturing and quality roles. Chad started their career at Caterpillar Inc. in 1998 as a CNC Machine Operator and later worked as a Quality Technician from 2000 to 2005. Chad then took on the role of ISO/TS Coordinator/Lead Auditor from 2005 to 2007. In 2008, they joined Caterpillar Inc. as a Manufacturing Engineer. Most recently, in 2018, they joined Autocam Medical as a Quality Engineer.

Chad Foley, CMfgE, holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General studies from Bethel University. The degree was obtained between 2004 and 2008. In addition to their formal education, Foley has obtained several certifications throughout their career.
