Mondli Khumalo

Mondli Khumalo is an experienced engineer specializing in process and manufacturing engineering within the automotive and digital ink industries. Currently serving as a Process Engineer at Autocar Trucks since February 2022, responsibilities include daily production and quality support, as well as tooling development for production use. Previously, as Manufacturing Engineer II at Triz Engineering Solutions from September 2019 to January 2022, Mondli focused on the design and integration of commercial vehicle components and maintaining the Bill of Materials. Mondli held the position of Process Engineer at NUtec Digital Ink (Pty) Ltd from February 2017 to August 2019, where duties involved creating process flow maps and implementing continuous improvement processes, along with R&D responsibilities in print testing. Earlier experience includes a Mechanical Engineering Internship at Senior Flexonics in 2015, where Mondli conducted prototype builds and prepared production part approval documents. Mondli holds a Baccalaureus Technologiae (B.Tech) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Cape Peninsula University of Technology.
