Wynand Louw

Wynand Louw is a highly experienced professional with a strong background in engineering and business management, having held various positions at Autocar Trucks from October 2017 to August 2024, including Business Manager for Construction Sales, Supplier Development Manager, Systems Engineer, and Electrical Design Engineer. Following this tenure, Wynand served as Application Engineering Manager at Royal Switchgear Manufacturing Co. for a brief period from August 2024 to January 2025. Prior experience includes roles as an Electrical Design Engineer at Triz Engineering Solutions from July 2016 to August 2017, and multiple engineering positions at Reutech Communications from January 2008 to June 2016. Wynand holds a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) in Engineering Management and a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Electronic Engineering, both earned with Cum Laude honors from the University of Pretoria. The Master’s mini dissertation focused on the integration of talent management practices and computer-aided engineering in new product development.
