Aamr Abi

Aamr Abi is currently the General Manager at Autochek Africa, leading a team of 40 in transforming the automotive market in Morocco since December 2023. Prior to this role, Aamr served as Head of Strategy on the founding team at RemotePass from November 2021 to October 2023. Aamr’s experience includes being the Chief Operating Officer at Kifal Auto, where contributions led to its acquisition by Autochek.ng, and at Hmizate.ma, Morocco's first e-commerce success, which was also acquired by a local holding company. Aamr has a background as a Sales and Marketing Specialist at Azur Systems and as an Advisor to the CEO at TheFork, a prominent restaurant booking platform acquired by TripAdvisor. Aamr has also assisted in successful Series A and B fundings totaling $11.3 million. Educational qualifications include a Grande école degree from HEC Paris and a Master of Research in Business and Organization from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne.
