Maher Hafez - CLGB

Maher Hafez has a diverse work experience in the field of engineering and supply chain. Maher started their career as an intern at El Watania Co. for the manufacture and dyeing of textiles in 2016, followed by an internship at VETA EGYPT Co. in the same year. In 2018, they joined Schneider Electric as an Industrial Methods Engineer, leading a graduation project focused on productivity improvement using Lean Methodology.

After that, Maher worked as a Continuous Improvement Engineer at VETA EGYPT Co. from 2017 to 2019. In 2020, they joined Jade Textile Egypt as an Industrial Engineer, where they applied Lean Manufacturing concepts and implemented continuous improvement processes.

In 2021, Maher joined AUTOCOOL AC & Refrigeration Solutions as a Material Planning Engineer, responsible for managing materials availability and maintaining the right balance between materials purchase and production usage.

Currently, Maher is working at Unicharm as a Supply Chain Planning Engineer, where they issue forecasts to suppliers, monitors open orders, and implements consignment inventory goals.
