Brian Barr

Brian Barr is a shareholder and the Chairman of Autocraft Solutions Group. For over 35 years Brian has worked in a number of manufacturing companies either as an owner, board director or as a business consultant. His wide range of skills in managing multi-site international companies include identifying, prioritising and implementing business objectives, managing change and company culture and turning around loss-making companies.

His hands-on leadership style and strong negotiation skills made Brian the ideal choice to join Mike Hague-Morgan and Steve Harris at Autocraft during the Management Buy Out in May 2010.

As member of the Institute of Directors and with a MSc in Design Systems in Production, Brian combines his expertise in operations and maintenance management with his passion for business improvement.
