Adar Toister-Leon

Adar Toister-Leon currently serves as the Head of HR for Israel at Autodesk and also functions as a People Consultant for Construction R&D and Construction Sales in the EMEA region since September 2022. Prior experience includes a role as Divisional HR Manager at PwC from April 2019 to September 2022, where Adar managed the divisional HRBP team and contributed strategically to the divisional strategy. Additional experience encompasses positions as Senior HR Manager at Teva Pharmaceuticals, HR Manager at Mentor Graphics, and HRBP at Deloitte, where responsibilities included leading HR initiatives, advising management, and overseeing HR functions across multiple sites and business units. Adar holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem and a Master's degree in Family Studies from The College of Management.
